Very,very,very thin. Would never buy again. Way too much for horrible sheets. Stopped using them within a few months. Never liked them to begin with. Literally the worst sheets ever.

Too bad there isn't a ZERO star rating!! So.. My fiance' bought me a King set of their classic sheet $200+ dollars on July 24th 2020. This isn't the first set of premium sheets I've owned. Out of the box, they were awesome. Slept well, washed well, etc. Fairly comfortable. So... A few months (4-5) ago, I noticed some small holes around the Edges of the fitted sheet, as in the part on the SIDE of the mattress that gets no wear from a person. Well.. Those Small holes turned HUGE fast. Three of them the size of baseballs. The sheet is Useless. So I emailed them today. Asking about warranty coverage etc. So IMAGINE MY SURPRISE, when I got a reply saying there is NO warranty, and the sheets are only designed to last A COUPLE OF YEARS according to the technical rep this lady spoke with about it. I was FURIOUS!!!! She offered me a "good will gesture" of 15% off of my next purchase. I replied promptly. I stated there is NO NEED for a good will gesture. Because I will NEVER buy anything from that company again!!! And I WILL TELL EVERY ONE IN KNOW... AND EVERY ONE I WORK WITH NOT TO EITHER!!!! They should put THAT in their commercial... Buy our sheets for $200+...they will last you a whole two years!!!§and mind you... I have approximately 6 sets if sheets I rotate on my bed... So... B&B? STAY AWAY!!!!! AND DON'T FALL FOR THEIR MARKETING HYPE!!!! HORRIBLE PRODUCT... AND WORSE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! THEY CLEARLY DON'T CARE.... AND JUST WANT YOUR MONEY!!! Thanks for reading... You have been warned!!!

Boll and Branch has the worst customer service. I placed an order on Saturday and by mistake picked the wrong sheet size. I tried to cancel the order, but there was no way to do so. I emailed literally within minutes and tried calling. No luck, they have no customer service during the weekend, only an automated message saying to call back on Monday at 9am EST. I called back Monday morning and they said it was too late to change or cancel the order. I now have to deal with returning an order I don't want. I just have to hope I won't have any issues with the return. It still blows my mind that they have no way to cancel an order.

We’ve had our $250 Boll and Branch sheets for 15 months, and the fitted sheet is now badly ripped. We have never had this happen before, and it is not from misuse and is not laundry-related. We’ve had markedly better sheets that lasted for years, and we paid a fraction of the price for them. With Boll and Branch you do not get what you pay for, so buyer beware.

My fitted sheet ripped within a year and a half. Contacted customer service and was told they only guarantee their products for a year. Given they market themselves as providing a luxury product, this was surprising! Should probably be noted somewhere in their marketing that that's the case.

I feel like other potential purchasers would want to know their limited quality guarantee before purchasing.

Just got my sheet set and put them on my bed after washing and drying. I wish I’d had read these reviews before making this experience purchase. NO WAY are these sheets “high quality”.
They are rough, wrinkly and thin.

Unfortunately, worst sheets i ever purchased. We fell for the advertising and were happy to spend the money on a very nice set of sheets. Very comfortable....but, within 14 months of use and following their care guidelines, the bottom sheet and a single pillow case discolored so badly that they are frankly disgusting. The pictures I sent them were disgusting. However, Boll and Branch said problems usually occur within a year and since it was after that time, too bad so sad. Whatever you do...buy a different product from a company that cares about it's customers!

2 year old king sheet set ($250) has a huge test and a small tear in fitted sheet. Contacted customer service who said they stand by their product. But apparently not really.. tear was unusual and likely caused by washing machine agitation, hares detergent if body friction. So… apparently my fault. Yes, we wash our sheets in a washing machine and sleep in them. They offered 20% discount but why would you ever so end that kind of money in sheets that last 2-3 years?!

The sheets were fine until the edge of the pillow case started fraying a year and a half after we got them. We don’t use sheets all the time as we rotate our sheet sets. I only wanted the pillow case replaced even though a new one wouldn’t matched the year old set as it’s faded a bit through washing. But the company said it wasn’t a defect and that the defect would have exhibited itself within two weeks after we got them. How does that make any sense? Sheets that cost this much should last longer. NOT WORTH THE MONEY!! And the customer service is horrible if they don’t stand by their product.
Our Costco Kirkland cotton sheets are much better.

I bought a set of towels advertised as plush. While the bath towel is soft, the matching hand towels are stiff and terrible. Although the same color, they sent towels from different fabric lots. How do I know? The bath towel is from Turkey and the hand towels are from India. I can’t believe I trusted the CNN review on these. And when I went to leave a review on their site, I couldn’t. Looks like they’ve disabled it. What a joke.
